Traditionally eternity rings are worn with the wedding and engagement rings so they need to be designed to complement those rings. Some people, however, treat themselves to a celebratory ring to wear on the right hand so there are no limitations on the design.
You can have just a few diamonds, a half or ¾ eternity ring. We would strongly advise you don’t go for a ‘full’ eternity ring as they are almost impossible to resize in the future.
Diamonds (or indeed other gem stones) can be set in different ways such as in a channel, grain or pavé set, flush into the metal, ‘lemon pip’ and more. We can show you examples of all of these styles of settings.
